ARGH! its been awhile since i felt this sore all over my body. its the kinda muscle 'after burn' effect you get when you wake up in the morning, from weight training the previous day. The irony is that, its a painfully good feeling. It makes me want to hit the gym again once im recovered. haha.

Camped at burger kings at arena today with nerissa and her sister to mug. 1 word, shiok. and after mugging, a few games of pool to end the day. Perfect blend of work and fun. thats what everyday should be like.
