Hello! I'm darn tired now. Just got home from a whole day of taekwondo, and I'm here to blog about why it was a blast.

Started taekwondo started at 1.30pm for me and ended at 7.30pm for us all. We focused the entire training for those going for the tournament in two weeks time, and we were all practicing our patterns. things looked shaggy and messy for our team (Pal Jang) initially. After 3 hours of hard analysis and troubleshooting, we finally had a feel of the "connection" Eric was telling us about when performing our pattern. It was a delightful moment and honestly, words cant describe how relieved i was when we finally did it in synchrony (well, at least 80% sync. lol). It was probably the 1000th time we did the pattern, so yeah, it was relieving especially after hours of sweat and effort. For a moment, it seemed like we'd never get it right. Heng.

Today's tkd training was a real moral booster for us. And little did i suspect that it was things like little dumb cheers that raised our moral after a hard 5 hours of training.

Much less did i expect a dull boring day such as today,
to be so fulfilling.
